Seven Reveries ("we," "our," or "us") provides services under the medical oversight of MTEP Medical PC, a licensed California professional medical corporation, working with Reveris Inc. for scheduling and administrative support. Not a Substitute for Medical Treatment

Our services are intended for wellness support under the direction of a licensed provider and are not a substitute for medical evaluation or treatment by your own physician. We do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. When to Seek Immediate Medical Attention

Seek emergency medical care immediately for chest pain, difficulty breathing, loss of consciousness, severe dehydration, uncontrolled bleeding, signs of severe infection, or signs of a severe allergic reaction. Do not rely on Seven Reveries for emergency care.

Prescription & Compounded Medications

Some medications offered, including certain weight-loss injectables (GLP-1/GIP-class) and peptide therapies, are compounded by licensed U.S. pharmacy partners for individual patients under a valid prescription following review by a licensed provider. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved as finished drug products and have not been reviewed by the FDA for safety, effectiveness, or quality prior to dispensing. Compounded medications are not the same as, and are not represented as equivalent to, FDA-approved branded medications.

Peptide Therapy

Peptide products offered are limited to those currently permitted under FDA compounding guidance. Availability changes as FDA rulemaking evolves; a product listed as available today may become unavailable if its regulatory status changes.

Client Responsibilities & Informed Consent

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information about your health history, allergies, current medications and supplements, and any prior adverse reactions to treatment. We are not liable for outcomes resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information you provide. Before treatment, you will be asked to review and sign an informed consent acknowledging that you understand the risks described on this page.
