Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of this website and Seven Reveries' services. By using this website, booking an appointment, or receiving services, you agree to these Terms.

Services Provided

Seven Reveries provides physician-directed weight loss programs and peptide therapy, in-clinic, in-home, or via telehealth where applicable. All prescribing is performed by licensed providers under MTEP Medical PC.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to receive services. Certain programs require completion of a medical questionnaire and, depending on the program and your state, a live consultation before treatment is approved.

Prescription Medication Programs

Weight loss and peptide programs are subject to individual medical review. Your provider may decline to prescribe based on your health history, applicable law, or internal clinical protocols. Medication is dispensed only through licensed pharmacy partners.

Appointments, Payment & Cancellation

Payment is due at the time of service. A valid payment method is required to secure your appointment. Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours in advance; late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee. Program-specific payment and cancellation terms, including those for weight loss and peptide programs, will be disclosed at booking.

Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and complete health information and to follow the pre- and post-treatment guidance given by your provider. Seven Reveries is not responsible for outcomes resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information you provide.

Privacy & Data Protection

We handle your personal and health information as described in our Privacy Policy and HIPAA Compliance pages.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Seven Reveries' liability arising from any service is limited to the amount paid for that service. Seven Reveries is not liable for adverse reactions resulting from incomplete or inaccurate health information provided by the client, or for outcomes that vary from expectations. This limitation applies to all services, including prescription medication programs.

Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services will be resolved through binding arbitration in California, and you waive the right to bring a claim in court or to participate in a class action, except where applicable law does not permit such a waiver.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
