Peptide Therapy
Peptides are short-chain amino acid sequences that act as signaling molecules throughout the body — influencing tissue repair, hormone regulation, immune function, and cellular metabolism. Our menu is limited to compounds currently permitted under FDA compounding guidance and is reviewed on an ongoing basis as regulations evolve.
What peptide therapy may help support.
The following represent the functional areas covered by our current protocol. All programs require a provider consultation and individual medical review — nothing is prescribed based on this list alone.
Tissue & Recovery Support
Certain peptides are studied for roles in soft tissue repair signaling — potentially relevant for tendon, ligament, muscle, and post-procedure recovery.
Includes: BPC-157, Thymosin Beta-4, GHK-CuGrowth Hormone Axis Support
GHRH analogues and selective GH secretagogues may support endogenous growth hormone release, lean body composition, and metabolic regulation under provider monitoring.
Includes: Sermorelin, CJC-1295 / Ipamorelin, TesamorelinMetabolic & Mitochondrial Support
Peptides targeting metabolic pathways may support insulin sensitivity, body composition, and mitochondrial energy utilization as part of a provider-directed program.
Includes: AOD 9604, MOTS-cImmune Modulation & Cellular Health
Immunomodulatory peptides may support T-cell function, immune system balance, and cellular homeostasis — studied in contexts of chronic inflammation and immune regulation.
Includes: Thymosin Alpha-1, Thymosin Beta-4Sleep & Circadian Regulation
Some peptides may support deep sleep architecture and circadian rhythm signaling — relevant for patients experiencing disrupted sleep or circadian dysregulation affecting recovery.
Includes: DSIP, EpithalonCognitive & Neurological Support
Provider-guided options that may support cognitive function, focus, and neurological resilience through influence on neurotrophic factors and neurotransmitter signaling.
Includes: Selank, SemaxClinically structured, not a fixed menu.
Our peptide protocol is built on a provider-reviewed SOP covering pharmacology, contraindications, drug interactions, and monitoring requirements for each compound class. Before any peptide is prescribed, your provider reviews your health history, confirms the absence of contraindications (including active malignancy or uncontrolled metabolic disease), and establishes a monitoring plan — typically including baseline and follow-up labs.
Cycling protocols are incorporated by design. Peptide receptors can desensitize with continuous use, so structured on/off schedules are part of how we maintain long-term effectiveness and minimize adverse effects.
Book a ConsultationAll peptide compounds are compounded by licensed U.S. pharmacies. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved as finished drug products and have not been reviewed by the FDA for safety, efficacy, or quality prior to dispensing, although they are prepared in FDA-regulated facilities. Menu availability is subject to change as regulatory guidance evolves. "May support" language reflects areas of ongoing clinical research and does not constitute a guarantee of outcomes. All prescribing decisions are at the sole discretion of a licensed provider following an individual medical review. Individual results vary.
